The Solution : ImageNet migrated and converted three terabytes of proprietary formatted legacy records to an open format in a more secured environment. They then enabled full text search capabilities and an automated retention policy. Finally, ImageNet enabled an automated workflow based on predefined rules which allowed documents to move electronically in ways that they previously did physically from desk to desk.

The Solution : LaserFiche was integrated with their current case management software to allow indexing, filing and viewing of case documents at the touch of a button. Today, a client calls in and data entry pulls up their case in their case management software, clicks the “Get Document” button and the documents are retrieved from LaserFiche for instant viewing. No more placing the client on hold to locate a file, one button does it all. Stacks of paper to be filed have been replaced by a large shredder and office space, previously used for case file storage.

ImageNet’s staff was excellent to work with from start to finish. The LaserFiche installation process was quick and precise. Our trainer was absolutely wonderful to work with and helped us develop workflows and efficient processes. The Solution : Invoices are scanned upon receipt using their Canon scanner or the LaserFiche Connector on their Canon copier. Implementing the LF Connector in their remote office allowed them to scan invoices into LaserFiche from their local Canon copier. All documents are then processed in their corporate office using Quick Fields to electronically capture the invoice number, then name and file these documents in LaserFiche. By automating these manual processes, we improved their access to these documents and eliminated the delay and expense in shipping and storing their paper documents. Invoices are now instantly viewable in LaserFiche by searching for an invoice number or date. With one repository, all invoices for their locations are available for quick access by their users.
